How do my customers get their tickets?
Once the payment has been processed for the booking and you receive confirmation of this, it is then your responsibility to ensure that all customers receive their tickets in good time to be able to attend the event.
If required, we can assist with this; we can provide you with affordable ticket printing and postage services.
How do I deal with customers who want to book their tickets directly through me, without using the website?
Our system enables you to place bookings on customers behalves, whether they are paying with cash, cheque or a credit or debit card. As usual, bookings made that do not involve card processing will not be charged a booking fee.
When do I receive ticket monies that are owed to me?
All ticket monies owed to you will be transferred to you on a fortnightly basis. The amounts transferred will be net of our fees and any refunds to be made to customers as a result of cancellation.

If you do have your own website, then you can simply add a “Book Tickets Online” button to your website and link it to your event listings page on our site.
